We strive to have our customers be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are unhappy with a product or service, no matter how much time passes within reason: please allow us the chance to make things right as our reputation is everything.
Nevertheless we must have something in writing regarding our return policy:
If within three (3) days of the purchase you are not satisfied with your merchandise we will be happy to assist you with exchanging your product or obtaining a refund. Any cancellation of the merchandise within the three (3) day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase.
All exchanged and returned items must be the same condition as they were received.
No returns on custom ordered pieces or special ordered pieces unless the item was not made as per the order or there was a defect or damage caused by shipping carrier.
